Ready to Ship

  • New arrivals are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Tuesdays our arrivals are posted in our Facebook group & on Thursday they are available strictly on our website.
  • All items are on-hand ready to ship unless noted otherwise.
  • Ready to ship items are LIMITED. We do occasionally restock, if you need a restock on a particular item please send us an email to see if we can accommodate.
  • We do not offer private labeling, our items will contain US sizing or overseas sizing depending on style. Always reference size chart provided under item details.
  • Ready to ship items are sold in FULL PACKS. Full pack = (1) of each size in a particular style.
  • Ready to ship orders ship out within 3 BUSINESS DAYS.

Preorder 

  • Preorder collections are available Thursday-Sundays and are available on our website. 
  • Pre-orders have a turnaround time of 3/4 weeks. During HOLIDAY months and peak season (September - January) delays can occur - we suggest you plan accordingly in the case where shipments suffer delays. 
  • Once your order has processed we cannot cancel it as items have been paid for and ordered. 
  • We do NOT recommend placing pre-orders if you are in a time-constraint for your order. 
  • If you order contains a mix of ready-to-ship items and preorder items, your order will ship once your preorder has arrived.

Refunds/Returns Policy/Cancellations

- Due to the nature of the business we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or was sent in error.

- We only accept returns on defective/damaged pieces within 7 days of delivery. No exceptions.

- If your order was accepted for a return you have SEVEN BUSINESS days from the day we send you a pre-paid label to send the return to us. Anything over the SEVEN BUSINESS DAYS will not be eligible for a return. 

- We do not offer order cancellation once it's been processed. 

- If you placed an order accidentally using the wrong payment form WE WILL NOT refund any processing fees. Please be mindful of your payment source at checkout.

- YOU are responsible for reading all information on the item description. We do NOT cancel orders due to "material, sizing, tags, etc".

- We do not give refunds. All returns will either get store credit or be replaced with the same item.

- For a return, we will provide you with a return label at no cost. Once we receive the item your return will be processed within 3 business days. 

Shipping Policy

- Shipping fee is determined on weight of package.

- We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your order has been lost, stolen, or damaged please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

- We offer ROUTE insurance on our website, we highly recommend you add this protection on to your wholesale order.

- We are NOT responsible for orders that delivered to an incorrect address. Please be sure to input your correct shipping address when placing your order. 

Buy-Back Policy

- We do not offer buy-back's on any of our merchandise. We do not allow re-selling within our facebook business group or pages. Please refer to business marketplaces for any re-selling of merchandise.
